Requesting information from SHOT via NHS Blood and Transplant:

Serious Hazards of Transfusion (SHOT) is funded by the four UK Blood Services and hosted by NHS Blood and Transplant.

Under the Freedom of Information Act (2000) and the Environmental Information Regulations, you have a right to request any recorded information held by NHS Blood and Transplant, a public authority, unless an exemption applies to that information. Information about these two regulations can be found on the Information Commissioners website.
